Responsibilities

Collaborate within an innovative lab environment—balancing focused coding sessions with active participation in ideation and product design
Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, and computer vision, applying these technologies to prototype solutions for insurance challenges
Develop and iterate on prototypes using Python, thriving in a fast-paced R&D setting with a start-up mentality
Build custom algorithms, uncover data-driven insights, and share findings with the team and stakeholders
Continuously sharpen your skills by embracing new technologies and participating in hackathons, meetups, and other learning opportunities

Required

Working towards a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant field
Fully authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Strong technical, analytical, communication and organizational skills
Must be able to work full-time from July - December 2026

Preferred

A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred
