Front Row is seeking a Marketplace Optimization Manager to drive best-in-class SEO strategy and performance across Amazon. This role involves leading organic optimization strategies for beauty and wellness clients, managing a team of SEO specialists, and integrating AI tools to enhance workflows.

Marketing

Responsibilities

Lead SEO Strategy: Own and evolve the Amazon SEO strategy for a portfolio of high-profile beauty and wellness brands, driving visibility, keyword ranking, and conversion growth
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a pod of 2-3 SEO specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development
Optimization Execution: Oversee and contribute to the creation of SEO-optimized content across PDPs, A+ content, brand stores, and storefronts—ensuring alignment with brand voice and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, data, brand, and tech teams to align Amazon SEO strategy with broader eCommerce and content initiatives
Performance Analysis: Leverage analytics and market insights to evaluate performance, identify optimization opportunities, and inform ongoing strategy
Innovation & AI Integration: Champion the integration of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to streamline content creation, analysis, and reporting workflows
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor search dynamics, category trends, and consumer behavior to proactively identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Required

3+ years of experience in Amazon strategy, SEO, or eCommerce strategy, ideally within beauty, wellness, or consumer goods
Deep understanding of Amazon SEO, including keyword hierarchy, CTR and conversion levers, and competitive intelligence
Proficiency with Seller Central and analytics platforms such as Helium10, DataDive, or similar tools
Experience mentoring or managing direct reports, with a collaborative and empowering leadership style
Proven experience creating or overseeing SEO-optimized content with exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to internal teams and senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency and output quality
Strong project management skills, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution
