They are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist II to support employee relations and ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, while contributing to organizational development through effective talent management and employee engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices
Assists with employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution
Administer onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes to ensure compliance and positive employee experience
Support recruitment and selection efforts, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and job fairs as needed
Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding efforts
Interpret and apply federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC) to ensure compliance
Coordinate and administer leave of absence programs, accommodations, and return-to-work processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data; run reports and analyze trends
Support performance review cycles, compensation changes, and merit processes
Partner with leadership on training needs, employee development, and engagement initiatives
Participate in policy development, updates, and communication
Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and HR metrics
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2-5 years in a Human Resources role
Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and employee engagement
Knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, Workers' Compensation policies, and HRIS platforms such as Paycom
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Google Workspace
