Responsibilities

Assist with transferring files from Dropbox to Google Drive, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Organize digital files according to established naming conventions and folder structures
Archive legacy and inactive files in a systematic and easily retrievable manner
Review files and data to identify duplicates, outdated documents, or discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while handling company documents and supplier information
Assist with PO and inventory tracking spreadsheets, including data entry and updates
Support basic inventory tracking and reconciliation tasks
Assist with reaching out to suppliers to request quotes, ingredient specifications, and related documentation
Support ad-hoc operational tasks as needed

Required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and cloud-based file systems (Dropbox, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Excel)
Ability to follow processes and naming conventions consistently
Strong written communication skills for supplier outreach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred

Experience in a startup, beverage, or CPG environment
Familiarity with Google Drive, Drop Box and Google Suite
