Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and refrigerant systems
Lead and develop a team of 6-7 mechanics, providing technical guidance and hands-on support
Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and automation systems in a food manufacturing environment
Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
Manage inventory levels of spare parts to support production demands and control costs
Support facility expansion, new equipment installation, and major repairs, including planning, permits, and contractor relations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred Electrical)
Minimum of 10 years' experience in maintenance management within the bakery or food industry
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems; proficiency with CMMS, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
Leadership skills with experience managing small teams
Excellent project management leadership experience
