Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on product performance, competitive positioning, and innovation
Lead sub-projects and initiatives to improve program effectiveness
Identify product modifications and enhancements based on market needs
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Assist with strategy formulation for product development
Serve as subject matter expert for assigned states and programs
Support training initiatives and provide guidance to team members
Build and maintain trust-based relationships across functional teams
Travel up to 20% as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in long-term care, IDD, Medicare, dual-eligible management, or related healthcare experience
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
