Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end monthly commission calculation process under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Calculate monthly commission payments based on established plans and performance metrics
Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management review, as well as assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolving commission-related inquiries from internal stakeholders
Assist with commission expense monthly accruals and variance analysis with budget/forecasts
Support the development and maintenance of commission models and templates
Maintain documentation of processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
1-2 years of experience in a financial analysis, compensation, or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and operational teams
Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
Preferred
MBA is a plus
Hands-on experience with financial software will be an added value (Microsoft D365, Tableau, Oracle, SAP)
