Business Development Intern

The Business Development Intern role focuses on learning sales fundamentals, including lead generation and appointment setting, while working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Modern sales require a multi-channel approach. You will be tasked with the identification of ICP leads through research (30%). Once the target is identified, you will attempt to capture their attention through cold calls (20%) and emails (40%)
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations for the sales team. •Although this is an unpaid internship, you will be incentivized through compensation tied to the quantity of demo calls booked with ‘Qualified’ prospects
Customer Discovery: Shadow the CEO through customer discovery conversations to understand prospects' pain points, challenges, and business needs
