Responsibilities
Own and be responsible for key revenue streams on the firm's trading desk
You will manage all risk and inventory during your shift, and use your experience to make decisions quickly and efficiently
Work on systemic improvements to the wider trading strategy, to ensure it remains as competitive and viable as possible
This shift will be European hours, so you will be working 12:00am-8:00am CT
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in trading within options market making
A passion for trading and financial markets
A desire and ability to develop strategies and models
Strong problem solver
Keen eye for detail
Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
Preferred
Quantitative analysis skills are not required, but are a plus
