Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate epics, features, and user stories
Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
Facilitate meetings as needed
Write and execute test scripts
Write and execute queries in databases, SQL, etc
Aid in the triage of defects during testing cycles
Develop and update documentation to support new/changes to procedures
Work with team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners
Act as a liaison between business units and development team
Participates with team to establish target dates and complete activities/artifacts under changing conditions
Provide system support for assigned business unit or assigned application(s)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business or Related Field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
High level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to build credibility with team members and business partners
