Responsibilities
Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects
Lead estimating efforts on large and complex bids
Analyze plans, specifications, and contract documents
Develop quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid packages
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
Support bid strategy, risk analysis, and value engineering efforts
Collaborate with project management and operations teams during preconstruction
Assist with bid handoff and post-bid reviews
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in civil construction estimating
Strong background in heavy civil, infrastructure, roadway, or utility projects
Proven ability to lead estimates from start to finish
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
