Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years' experience in a related position; 5+ years of management or leadership experience required
ITIL, Foundation Certification
Up to 30% travel
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems like SAP; networks; protocols; servers; hardware; IT standards; PC operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment
Deep understanding of the organization's goals and the ability to align IT initiatives accordingly
Demonstrated experience providing and managing data analytics / AI capabilities
Value driven mindset – strong focus on business value; value contribution by IT
Proven ability to apply technology to solve business problems; comprehensive knowledge of applicable U.S. IT laws / regulations
Strong leadership capabilities with solid grounding in HR management principles, business process management, particularly in manufacturing environments, and IT project management

Strong focus on value contribution
