Operational Test Director (OTD)
CACI International Inc is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and productive Operational Test Director (OTD) to join their team. The role involves leading the test team in test design, planning, execution, and reporting to ensure accurate evaluation and documentation of results.

Responsibilities
Direct test design, test planning, test execution, and test reporting efforts for the assigned programs per the Director’s policies and guidance
In coordination with the Section Head or designated representative, ensure assigned team provides clear and consistent communications relevant to OT with internal and external stakeholders. Principal liaison with program office Assistant Program Manager (APM) T&E and member(s) of the T&E Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) for assigned programs within the portfolio
Coordinate review of relevant program documentation, both to provide feedback regarding testability to the originator and to assess inputs to test design and test planning
Direct test execution, in coordination with Fleet stakeholders, and ensure test data are properly collected in a timely manner per the approved test plan
Plan for and be prepared to modify test conditions or schedule, keeping division leadership informed, if unusual circumstances are encountered or if warranted by safety concerns
Direct team in preparing test reports and contribute to Warfare Development Center (WDC) tactics guides, as directed
Ensure iBoss Program Manager is current and accurate for all assigned projects. Actively monitor iBoss Document Router in the progress of applicable documents toward timely signature
Ensure team is prepared to brief program status and test results
Maintain, with support from assigned team, a program-specific chronological record that includes decisions made, issues identified and serves as a running record of program history
Ensure iBoss Program Manager is current and accurate for all assigned projects. Actively monitor iBoss Document Router in the progress of applicable documents toward timely signature

Qualification
Required
Must have a combination of 6 years' operational experience and T&E experience, with at least 3 years being operational experience and at least 3 years being T&E experience
The identified T&E specialist has an undergraduate degree or relevant experience
Experience within the last two years conducting an Operational Test and Evaluation IAW a COMOPTEFOR-approved Operational Test Plan
Experience in developing Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Accreditation Packages and Accreditation Letters
Ability to support data collection and test execution onboard a US Naval vessel at sea
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be willing to travel and ride ships underway
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
Must be willing to work on site in Norfolk, VA
