Responsibilities

Lead and oversee BlueSky Border Finance’s global strategic sales strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision, market positioning, and revenue objectives
Define and strengthen BlueSky Border Finance’s positioning as a trusted cross-border fintech and institutional partner
Develop consistent institutional messaging across platform solutions, compliance capabilities, and cross-border financial services
Ensure sales initiatives reinforce credibility, trust, and long-term partnership value
Design and execute integrated go-to-market strategies supporting cross-border financial solutions and platform offerings
Lead institutional client acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth in partnership with executive leadership
Develop strategic sales frameworks targeting banks, payment providers, fintechs, corporates, and financial intermediaries
Optimize client journey, commercial engagement models, and conversion strategies across channels
Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, compliance providers, and infrastructure partners
Negotiate complex commercial agreements that support scalable, long-term collaboration
Enable co-selling, co-branding, and ecosystem-driven revenue opportunities
Represent BlueSky Border Finance in high-level negotiations and industry engagements
Support BlueSky Border Finance’s expansion across the Americas and priority global corridors through targeted sales strategies
Build scalable sales frameworks that support cross-border client acquisition and multi-jurisdiction engagement
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align sales strategies with regulatory realities
Adapt commercial approaches to diverse regulatory and institutional environments
Implement sales KPIs, forecasting models, and performance dashboards linking sales activity to business outcomes
Leverage CRM, analytics, and sales technology to improve targeting, efficiency, and ROI
Continuously optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion performance
Align sales investments with revenue growth and strategic priorities
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global strategic sales team
Foster collaboration between sales, product, compliance, operations, and executive teams
Develop sales capabilities, talent pipelines, and leadership succession
Champion a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and institutional trust

Required

20+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales leadership within fintech, financial services, payments, capital markets, or cross-border finance

Strong understanding of cross-border financial infrastructure, regulatory considerations, and fintech-enabled services
Demonstrated expertise in partnership-driven revenue models and complex commercial negotiations
Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required
