Responsibilities

You will build and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team
You will understand customer requirements and providing solutions in a consultative way while meeting their needs
You will develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory that will achieve business growth targets
You will negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to Customers and Philips
Once an order is closed, you will continue communication with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns
You will ensure order processing, architectural service, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely by communicating with logistics and project managers

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Partner Sales Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development or equivalent
Experience in hospital and capital sales
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent
Deep knowledge of the CV portfolio
Ability to develop strong relationships
Strong closing skills
Solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts
Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
