Responsibilities

Apply technical expertise and leadership skills to positively impact safe human spaceflight
Work collaboratively with teams of various skills, disciplines, and backgrounds
Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and person
Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and ESD
Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures

Qualification

Required

2-3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, or Tube bending
Manual or Automated Welding Process Experience
Ability to work with small hardware components and attention to detail
Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures
Work collaboratively with teams of various skills, disciplines, and backgrounds
Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and person
Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc
Perform routine maintenance functions such as daily clean-up of work areas to support 5S, FOD, and ESD
A demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with teams of various skills across large geographic distances
Ability to support Monday-Friday work schedule, work off-shift, extended hours overtime, and weekends if/when necessary
Ability to lift to 40 pounds

Experience in Aerospace/Launch vehicle assembly
Experience in handling large aerospace components
Experience in assembling large tight-tolerance structures
Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification
Robotic Experience
