Responsibilities
Schedule and oversee work with installers, and project owners
Ensure projects meet timelines, quality expectations, and cleanliness standards
Conduct pre-walks before installation, ensuring site readiness
Coordinate material deliveries and walk installers through project plans
Monitor job progress every two days, verifying standards, materials, and schedules
Work with the sales team on material needs, changes, and updates
Wrap up projects, handling sub-invoicing, purchase orders, and final walkthroughs
Collect and review project paperwork, tracking costs and final outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Commercial Flooring Project experience, etc
Strong background in commercial flooring or commercial construction
Ability to manage multiple job sites and contractor relationships
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
