Responsibilities

Lead and support D365 F&O functional implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support
Provide functional expertise across modules such as Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and Manufacturing (as applicable)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure D365 F&O
Leverage D365 Business Central (BC) knowledge to support integrations, data migration, or hybrid ERP environments
Conduct fit-gap analysis, documentation, and solution design
Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live support
Work closely with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting
Ensure best practices, system performance, and compliance with business and regulatory standards

Required

Strong hands-on experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant
Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
Expertise in ERP business processes: Finance, Supply Chain, Operations
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in contract / consulting roles
