Registered Client Service Advisor - Wealth Management
SDL Search Partners is a globally recognized Wealth Management firm seeking a Registered Client Service Advisor for their Boston HQ. This role is focused on building relationships with clients, uncovering their wealth planning needs, and delivering personalized service to enhance client experiences.
Responsibilities
Investigate and uncover clients’ wealth planning needs, goals, and issues through detailed data and information gathering process
Build relationships with clients through authentic support and guidance
Complete financial plans, investment reports, tax and estate analysis
Deliver a personalized and remarkable experience for clients by answering questions, offering service options, and assisting with transactional needs in a call center environment
Resolve complex inquiries from Financial Representatives and clients; actively building proficiency in complex work
Research and respond to client issues including but is not limited to placing trades, assisting clients with system access and navigation, assisting clients with account maintenance and inquiries, discussing the latest market trends responding to research requests and providing investment education to our clients
Promote client retention and identifies opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate operational processing and service quality. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members while providing quality service and support
Manage phone and transactional responsibilities while adhering to confidentiality, privacy, and compliance standards
Adapt to shifting work priorities to meet changing business and customer demands
Analyze client data to develop tailored recommendations
Perform scenario modeling, stress testing, and asset allocation analysis
Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updates of existing financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ goals and any changes in their circumstances
Prepare and organize client-facing presentation materials
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to support compliant advice
Qualification
Required
2-10 years of experience in Wealth Management, FS Clients Services, or related
Series 7, 63, 65 / 66
Life, Accident, Health Insurance Licenses
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
Positive, collaborative attitude / team-player
Interest in growth, and professional development within the firm
Preferred
CFP is a plus, but not required
