Responsibilities
Perform antibody and recombinant protein purification using AKTA FPLC and manual methods
Follow SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485 documentation and quality requirements
Prepare and transfer purified protein samples to internal teams
Conduct analytical testing using SEC, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, MADLS, and qPCR
Execute protein expression and transfection in mammalian cell lines (e.g., CHO, hybridomas) and E. coli
Apply aseptic technique and maintain cell culture operations
Perform experiments using molecular biology techniques and multi-color flow cytometry
Analyze flow cytometry data using FlowJo and FCS Express
Document results, update databases, and present data at lab meetings
Troubleshoot experiments, plan follow-up work, and manage daily priorities
Support lab scheduling, equipment maintenance, and operational activities
Qualification
Required
Protein purification using liquid chromatography
Protein expression in mammalian, bacterial, or insect systems
Strong cell culture and aseptic technique skills
Data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
2–4 years of laboratory experience
Hands-on experience with protein purification, protein expression, molecular biology, and tissue culture
Preferred
Flow cytometry hands-on experience and data analysis
Cell line engineering experience
Assay automation or automated liquid handling experience
