Responsibilities
Manage a heavy call volume while prioritizing day-to-day responsibilities of the job
Enters received orders with timeliness and accuracy
Updates orders with needed edits with timeliness and accuracy
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed
Records and files copy of orders received
Prints shipment documents and forwards to the Customer Service Supervisor for review
Ensure customer orders are accurate
Prepare and organize necessary reports supporting business decisions
Recommend potential products and services to customers through data collection and anticipating the needs of the customer
Maintain a positive ongoing business relationship with customers
Maintains an updated customer name and address database
Responsible for sending new pricing, with the correct multiplier, to all customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and/or shipping and receiving
Demonstrated experience working in customer service and/or order fulfillment
Team-minded; Customer service focused
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
