Responsibilities
Perform hands-on configuration within the Saviynt platform based on approved solution designs
Configure access request and approval workflows
Configure Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes
Configure access certifications and review campaigns
Configure role models, entitlements, and access mappings
Support connector configurations and basic integrations
Assist with Saviynt deployments across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
Support application onboarding, entitlement discovery, and data import activities
Execute functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Verify workflow behavior, approval routing, and provisioning results
Diagnose and resolve certification, campaign, and provisioning-related issues
Troubleshoot workflow processing delays and performance issues
Respond to access-related queries from business users and application owners
Escalate complex issues to senior technical resources with detailed analysis and logs
Assist with configuration enhancements, audits, and compliance activities
Maintain configuration documentation, updates, and change records
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt or similar IGA tools
Strong experience with Saviynt UI and configuration components
Experience with workflow execution and basic rule configurations
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning and deprovisioning
Good understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Experience supporting access certifications, reviews, and audit processes
Ability to work from detailed technical design and implementation documents
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Saviynt L100 or L200 certification
Experience supporting enterprise-scale IGA implementations
Basic exposure to scripting, APIs, or integrations
Familiarity with Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar cloud identity platforms
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
