Responsibilities
Coordinate test and data collection- perform product/material/simulation testing
Analyze data and issue test result documentation
Evaluate test equipment & instrumentation
Manage Test Incident Report
Update DVP-R summary
Communicate issues, provide feedback and test status to the Test Manager/Supervisor
Set up fixtures and equipment
Follow up to the calibration and maintenance programs and record keeping
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of basic Quality tools: PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA's, PFD's, Gage R&R's, Run at Rate, Operator Instructions, IMDS
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Coordinate test and data collection- perform product/material/simulation testing
Analyze data and issue test result documentation
Evaluate test equipment & instrumentation
Manage Test Incident Report
Update DVP-R summary
Communicate issues, provide feedback and test status to the Test Manager/Supervisor
Set up fixtures and equipment
Follow up to the calibration and maintenance programs and record keeping
