This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting while partnering closely with operations leaders to ensure accurate financials across multiple revenue streams.

Responsibilities
Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate general ledger activity and ensure proper coding of expenses
Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
Track and reconcile daily sales activity, including POS revenue and cash deposits
Support expense analysis, vendor reconciliations, and invoice issue resolution
Assist with financial reporting, including P&L reviews and variance analysis
Work closely with operations to ensure accurate tracking of labor, inventory, and expenses
Help maintain compliance with company policies and internal controls
Support annual audit preparation and provide documentation when requested
Assist with sales tax reporting and other hospitality-related filings when applicable
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience
Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, or similar)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work onsite and support a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Hospitality experience
Multi-unit hospitality accounting (restaurants, bars, hotels, entertainment venues)
Inventory and cost tracking exposure
Payroll support experience (ADP, Paylocity, UKG, etc.)
Experience working with POS systems is a plus (Toast, Micros, Aloha, etc.)
