Document Coordinator
Akkodis is seeking a Document Services Specialist for a 4 months contract. This role focuses on editing, formatting, transcribing, proofreading, and converting legal documents while ensuring accuracy, quality, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Edit, format, create, revise, and convert legal documents
Transcribe audio and digital dictation, including depositions
Proofread and quality-check documents for accuracy and consistency
Coordinate and track workflow for large or complex projects
Provide customer support to attorneys and staff
Maintain document confidentiality and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years in legal document production or legal secretarial work
Strong knowledge of DMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent proofreading, grammar, and formatting skills
Prior office support services experience (copy, print, scan)
