Own implementation end to end, from planning through launch and early adoption
Travel to senior living communities to lead on-site rollouts
Train residents and staff and serve as the primary point of contact during launch
Take on non-technical work across the business as needed
Support hiring and recruiting coordination
Assist with strategy, go-to-market execution, and operations
Support marketing work

Qualification
Required
1–3 years of relevant experience (consulting, operations, PE, growth, or similar)
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong communicator, comfortable in customer-facing settings
Able to travel on short notice
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
