Responsibilities
Manage a variety of client accounts, primarily groups ranging from 150-500 lives
Explain employee benefits plans and address client inquiries during enrollment periods
Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
Assist with quoting new and renewal business
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation
Adapt to the needs of different teams and provide support where required
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required
2-5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with a preference for candidates with self-funded benefits experience
Strong communication and client management abilities
Willingness to work across various teams and adapt to different client needs
Preferred
Proficiency in Applied EPIC software
