Responsibilities
Proficiently installed and serviced equipment for new and existing accounts
Timely and professional service; Handling and responding to emergency requests for assistance
Accurately log equipment, parts, and time spent on-site daily
Continually maintain contact with Customer Service and Dispatch regarding delays or potential issues
Effectively communicate with Dispatch regarding purchase orders for parts and equipment
Correctly maintain, receive, organize, clean, and refurbish equipment and parts in the service area and vehicle
Keep an accurate inventory of all supplies, machines, and parts, including those in vehicles
Cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Mechanical & Technical Aptitude required
Must have a valid driver's license, proof of liability insurance, and reliable transportation to be considered for this position
Copier Technician: 1 year (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Customer Service experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Punctual, Dependable, and Trustworthy
Computer knowledge preferred
