Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for fleet maintenance and repair operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal asset performance
Develop and implement fleet maintenance programs, ensuring high vehicle uptime
Lead, train, and mentor onsite teams to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence
Ensure compliance of fleet assets with local and federal regulatory standards
Lead the selection and relationship management with third party vendors
Instill a culture of accountability both internally and with external partners
Identify and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve vehicle performance and reliability
Be an effective communicator to senior leadership

Required

3+ years of leadership experience in fleet maintenance / fleet operations
