Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of identity management solutions across enterprise systems

Build custom integrations, schema objects, and privilege models that align with complex business requirements

Troubleshoot and optimize IDM workflows, connectors, and data synchronization processes

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM) or other IDMs

10+ years of development experience in Java, Cloud technologies, and Python

Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using JavaScript or Groovy

Experience designing custom schema objects and integrating them with ForgeRock's privilege model

Integration experience with Salesforce, Ping Identity, and other systems using ForgeRock connectors

Ability to develop custom scheduler jobs and configure reconciliation mappings

Strong understanding of access control policies and privilege model customization within ForgeRock

Skilled in writing JavaScript logic to enforce business rules and dynamic behaviors

Familiarity with managed object lifecycle events and implementing cascade functionality

Deep knowledge of mapping behaviors, including link qualifiers, query filters, and policies

Experience with SQL connectors and transforming data into relational databases

Strong troubleshooting skills for API failures, connector issues, and data sync errors

Ability to perform root cause analysis and maintain documentation for support and improvement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred

Certifications in ForgeRock, other IDM platforms, Java, or Cloud technologies are highly desirable
