The role involves developing financial models and analyses to support strategic decision-making and evaluating key corporate development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop financial models and analyses to support critical strategic decision-making
Identify and evaluate key corporate development opportunities, supported by detailed financial analysis
Support the Company’s strategic planning process and evaluation
Work with cross-functional teams in business unit project evaluation and key business decisions
Create, track and maintain updated industry comparatives and benchmarking analyses
Maintain relationships with external parties including investment banks and industry participants

Required

7 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Superior financial analysis and financial modeling skills
Proven success in creating and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external business partners
Demonstrated accomplishments in meeting tight deadlines and in prioritizing a diverse workload
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred

MBA degree
Utility and/or energy industry experience
Prior experience in corporate development, investment banking, or capital markets
