Responsibilities
Assures that contracted terms and pricing are entered in our systems to generate accurate billing
Reviews updates to contracted terms and executes changes in our billing system
Investigates inquiries from internal and external parties related to pricing and billing
Prepares and maintains a variety of records
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
Develop training materials
Assist with process improvement initiatives
Collaborate across various departments on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 + years of experience working a similar capacity
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Preferred
Contract experience a plus
