Responsibilities
Cleanroom Operations: Execute daily tasks in a sterile environment, including the processing of raw materials and precision labeling of finished product containers
Formulation Support: Assist scientists and senior technicians in the formulation process, ensuring ingredients are handled and mixed according to specific research project requirements
Sanitization & Maintenance: Maintain the integrity of the controlled environment by sanitizing lab equipment and work surfaces according to strict validated protocols
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete Batch Records and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure 100% compliance with regulatory standards
Warehouse & Logistics: Support warehouse activities, including receiving raw materials, inventory management, and preparing components for the cleanroom suite
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED required
Ability to follow complex, multi-step instructions without deviation
Ability to stand for extended periods and wear full cleanroom attire (including gown, mask, gloves, and hood)
Comfortable using digital inventory systems and basic laboratory equipment
Preferred
Associate's degree in a science-related field is a plus
Prior experience in a cleanroom, or highly regulated manufacturing environment is preferred
