Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all issues raised by business users
Gather and document complete and accurate details of reported issues to enable quick resolution
Take full ownership of incidents , managing them through to resolution or appropriate escalation
Configure and support office hardware and software , including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Perform day-to-day system monitoring to identify and prevent potential service-impacting issues
Research ideas, tools, and concepts to recommend effective technical solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
Provide onsite support to clients at various locations as required
Maintain clear documentation and updates for incidents and service requests

Required

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
Experience with incident management or service desk operations
Basic knowledge of office hardware, software, and systems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work onsite and travel to multiple client locations

Preferred

Previous experience in a DSS, service desk, or IT coordination role
Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
