Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Finance/Accounting, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for Workday design and implementation projects
Troubleshoot and resolve financial systems (i.e., Workday, Adaptive Planning) production support issues timely and with exceptional customer service
Continual analysis, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of the financial systems
Develop, create, and maintain reports for Finance Administrators and other business users
Analyze the business needs of stakeholders to recommend the appropriate application or design to address those needs
Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
Identify and take on opportunities to enhance the end-user experience
Support financial system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned
Load mass transactions through the use of EIBs
Support day-to-day operations, including daily support through Workday case management for tier 1 and 2 support items
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Support, actively participate and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership
Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures
Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings

Required

This position is based in the Des Moines metro area and includes an on‑site work requirement. Applicants must be located within the Des Moines area or be willing to relocate

Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, or Finance or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience working with Workday Financial Systems
Previous experience on projects during design, configure/build, implement, and stabilization phases
Occasionally lift/carry less than 10 lbs
Occasionally reach upward and downward
Frequently sit, talk, use a keyboard, have near acuity
Occasionally stand, walk, have far acuity
Sedentary work
Moderate noise intensity level
