Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with national and international Hazardous Materials Transportation requirements affecting land, water, and air transportation of North America originating materials
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing the Cadet, MO facility operation
Maintain ISO 14001 registration standards and support ISO 9001 and 45001 registration
Support safety compliance programs at the Cadet manufacturing facility and corporate offices/labs
Provide technical leadership, grow talent and cross-train
Demonstrating effective project management
Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper communication and solid data driven reporting
Working effectively with all R&D/ TS, CS, and Sales teams/departments
Making decisions in light of what is best for the client and their customer
Ensuring report quality meets/exceeds customer expectations
Ensuring report turnaround time meets/exceeds customer expectations
Demonstrating excellent customer service and prompt responses to customer inquiries
Support and grow innovative opportunities

Qualification
Required
Key experience in a previous level or title within the chemical or petrochemical industry within a PSM Environment
Ensure compliance with national and international Hazardous Materials Transportation requirements affecting land, water, and air transportation of North America originating materials
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing the Cadet, MO facility operation
Maintain ISO 14001 registration standards and support ISO 9001 and 45001 registration
Support safety compliance programs at the Cadet manufacturing facility and corporate offices/labs
Provide technical leadership, grow talent and cross-train
Demonstrating effective project management
