Customer Sales Admin
LHH is working with a client in the premium fabric and wallcoverings industry to hire a detail-oriented Customer Sales Admin for their Hollywood, FL office. This role is key to supporting the sales and operations teams and ensuring timely responses to customer and internal requests.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming inquiries from a shared email request inbox
Provide administrative support to the sales team and office as needed
Process orders, track requests, and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate professionally with internal teams in both the U.S. and France
Support data entry, reporting, and customer service functions
Assist with general office coordination tasks as required
Participate in an annual international trade show trip to Paris
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience working in a structured, fast-paced administrative environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a math and logic assessment (required)
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems is a plus
