Responsibilities
Identify and select suitable areas and test cases for automation
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca
Create and maintain reusable test case templates, modules, and libraries within the Tosca framework
Apply model-based testing concepts to improve test coverage and efficiency
Monitor test execution, analyze results, and generate test reports
Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for timely resolution
Participate in test planning, estimation, and test strategy discussions
Continuously improve automation frameworks, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and enhance software quality
Integrate Tosca automation with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
Interact with clients to resolve issues and provide regular status updates
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including modules, test cases, and test design
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the SDLC
Experience with API testing and SQL
Working knowledge of DevOps practices
Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals, including testing applications deployed on AWS-managed Kubernetes (EKS)
Experience working in Agile environments; exposure to BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
