Effectively Recruit, Interview, Onboard & Help Develop Talent
Perform Reference & Background Checks
Make MPC & Inside Sales Calls & Quickly Prescreen For Core Positions
Maintain Excellent Communication With Associates & Clients Alike
Marketing Our Key Talent to The Right Clients to Present The Perfect Candidate For The Job
Negotiating Pay & Bill Rates With Clients
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
AA Required, BA/BS Preferred But Not Required
3+ Years of Recruiting Experience in Light Industrial Required
Must be Able to Type 30 wpm
Solid Understanding of MS Office & Excel
Demonstrates Superb Communication & Time Management Skills
Must be over 18 Years of Age
Must be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check
Must be Willing to Submit to a Drug Screen
Must be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S
Preferred
BA/BS Preferred But Not Required
Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred
