Responsibilities
Offer hands-on involvement in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Work closely with experienced trial lawyers
Receive meaningful courtroom exposure
Have the opportunity to grow quickly within a high-performing litigation environment
Supervise junior team members and lead trial strategy
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
Experience levels range from entry-level Associate Attorney through Senior Trial Attorney with first-chair trial experience
Strong litigation, writing, and advocacy skills
Interest in consumer protection and civil litigation
Willingness to handle a fast-paced, high-volume docket (trial roles may require travel)
Preferred
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
