Responsibilities
Support strategic business initiatives through comprehensive data analysis and identification of implementation challenges
Perform user acceptance testing to validate new systems and enhancements
Evaluate user requirements, current procedures, and existing workflows to recommend process improvements
Conduct detailed analysis across multiple projects and propose effective solutions that support successful execution
Improve performance reporting and operational metrics for new business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver training programs
Integrate best practices into business applications to strengthen operational efficiency
Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process redesign
Assist with creating and updating departmental procedures and policies
Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned functional area to ensure operational excellence
Travel as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of business process or data analysis experience (requirements gathering, workflow documentation, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, with strong skills in other Microsoft applications
Experience in benefits, pricing, contracting, or claims, with understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies
Preferred
healthcare experience strongly preferred
Project management experience is a plus
Familiarity with managed care systems or claims payment platforms preferred
Prior structured testing or UAT experience is highly desirable
