Qualification
Required
Proficiency in UI/UX design, user-centric design principles, and creating responsive design solutions
Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, and front-end development tools
Strong understanding of modern UI standards, accessibility, and mobile-first design
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding user stories, and translating design concepts into functional interfaces
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills for performance and usability
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build tools
Preferred
Prior experience overseeing junior developers and providing technical leadership is a plus
