Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for OEM, Tier 1’s and internal global development and testing teams
Coordinate the test planning process for multiple part numbers
Maintain full visibility of test status and results executed both locally and globally, ensuring continuous alignment with European counterparts
Define and optimize testing standards to improve execution efficiency and reduce testing time
Manage system level testing from test creation through execution and reporting
Validate test variants generated due to engineering changes to support production introduction
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience conducting validation, software, system, or qualification testing for the automotive industry
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
Guide cross-domain assignments withing a global team environment
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
Good customer front end experience in resolving and supporting customer requests
Serve as a trusted technical interface to management
Preferred
8+ years experience conducting validation, software, system, or qualification testing for the automotive industry
