Debur medical components using a variety of hand tools and blades
Perform detailed work under a microscope up to 25% of the time
Operate a tube bender; CNC operation exposure possible
Support quality inspection activities to ensure product standards
Perform blade coating through dip processes
Qualification
Required

Perform detailed work under a microscope up to 25% of the time

Support quality inspection activities to ensure product standards
Perform blade coating through dip processes
Strong hand dexterity and comfort using hand tools
Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work with high accuracy
Familiarity working under magnification (microscope experience preferred)
Preferred
6+ months of manufacturing experience
Previous deburring or fine-finishing experience a plus
Medical device or precision manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
