Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and DevSecOps specialists
Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Oversee performance, career development, and resource planning
Define and execute cloud platform strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive secure, scalable cloud platform solutions with IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
Monitor and optimize performance, cost, and incident management
Build modern DevSecOps practices with automation focus
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations
Align platform capabilities with business needs
Communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders
Manage budgets, cost optimization, and vendor relationships
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team (direct reports) of Cloud Platform Engineers, Azure preferred
Bachelor's (Master's preferred)
7+ years in IT/cloud engineering; 5+ years in leadership
Technical Expertise: Azure, IaC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, and IAM
Team management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategy communication
Preferred
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure)
Experience in FinOps, internal developer platforms, and Agile/ITIL practices
