Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of Global Operations technologies and data structures to align analytics initiatives with business goals
Integrate complex and diverse datasets to provide comprehensive operational insights through cross-functional collaboration
Identify opportunities for data acquisition and create integrated data pipelines that guide production and quality improvement initiatives
Support the design and execution of analytics and data science use cases to drive actionable insights
Automate data access and processing workflows to enhance efficiency and information utilization
Set and uphold high standards for analytics quality, dashboard design, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Advance the organization’s analytics strategy through innovative, effective data solutions
Communicate technical concepts and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and maintain alignment on core business metrics
Define business logic and requirements for data pipelines and partner with data engineers to ensure reliability and scalability
Proactively identify key business questions and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making
Design, develop, and manage key business intelligence dashboards, ensuring accuracy, usability, and timeliness
Maintain and enhance existing analytical tools through troubleshooting, updates, and iterative improvements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science and 2 years of related experience, or
Master's Degree in the same fields and 1 year of related experience (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, NumPy)
Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing complex, large-scale datasets
Experience with data parsing, automation scripting, and programmatic APIs
Familiarity with diverse data structures (JSON, XML, images, Google Sheets)
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, GCP, and AWS
Comfortable working in command line interfaces
Preferred
Knowledge of relational and non-relational database structures and schemas
Experience building data applications or dashboards using Streamlit or R Shiny
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD principles
Exposure to advanced analytics methods such as machine learning, optimization, or simulation
Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, or diagnostics industries preferred
