Foreclosure Specialist - Temp (possible perm hire) - Mortgage exp
Remx is a Mortgage company seeking a Foreclosure Assistant. This position is responsible for processing accounts payable duties within Default, including the timely processing of Fees/Costs requests, invoices, and payoff requests.

Responsibilities
Prepare audit folder and assemble all required documents with flags at the conclusion of the foreclosure process
Review and process daily approved invoices for Foreclosure department and dispute payment if it exceeds guidelines
Process refunds of deposits
Prepares and distributes sales results notifications to investors and senior management as needed
Perform internet research to identify utilities and HOAs; make any corresponding payments and transfer accounts as necessary
Update data in internal systems with status
Create summaries and spreadsheets upon request
Qualification
Required
2 yrs + of experience in an administrative role in consumer mortgage industry, or in a back office financial services environment, preferably in mortgage duties
Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required
Strong with numbers, comfortable doing excel calculations
Basic proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
