Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB

Design, build, and optimize integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint ISC using REST/SOAP APIs, SCIM provisioning, and event-driven automation

Integrate SailPoint ISC with the ServiceNow Service Catalog to enable automated access requests, approvals, and provisioning

Build and refine identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver) to ensure timely and compliant access for clinicians and staff

Support access workflows for clinical systems such as EHR/EMR, imaging, and pharmacy platforms

Troubleshoot identity, workflow, and integration issues across ServiceNow and SailPoint with minimal disruption to patient care operations

Partner with IAM, Security, HR, Clinical Informatics, and IT teams to streamline governance and reduce manual processes

Maintain documentation, integration diagrams, and compliance artifacts supporting HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2 audits

Participate in roadmap planning for identity automation and ServiceNow platform maturity

Required

3 to 5+ years of ServiceNow administration or development experience in healthcare or regulated environments

Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint ISC, including Identity lifecycle management, API-based integrations, Service Catalog integration, Access modeling and governance, Automated provisioning and deprovisioning

Strong understanding of healthcare IAM concepts such as role-based access, provider onboarding/offboarding, and least-privilege access

Proficiency with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven workflows

Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into scalable automated solutions

Preferred

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications

SailPoint ISC or IdentityIQ certification or advanced experience

Experience supporting EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech

Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and healthcare audit processes

Experience with Azure AD, SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM

Background in healthcare security operations or clinical IT
