Responsibilities
Support and maintain GMP utility systems including:
Water for Injection (WFI)
Clean Steam
Process Gases
HVAC and cleanroom utilities
Troubleshoot utility system issues and support corrective actions
Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Validation teams
Support utility system upgrades, modifications, and capital projects
Assist with commissioning, qualification, and validation activities
Interface with BMS/BAS systems for monitoring and alarm response
Support change controls, deviations, and system investigations
Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, and internal SOPs
Prepare and review engineering documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Facilities Engineering
5–9 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical GMP utilities
Strong experience with WFI, Clean Steam, HVAC, and process utilities
Working knowledge of BMS/BAS systems
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (Pharma preferred)
