Responsibilities
Locate and extract data from internal software applications
Compile and consolidate data into a centralized document or system
Perform quality verification on newly pulled data and existing internal data
Research and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain data integrity in accordance with established corporate and departmental policies
Consistently meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Cross-train in other functional areas to support department coverage (e.g., data entry, keying, reassociation)
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require
Ability to adapt to change, manage stress, and perform effectively under pressure
Commitment to meeting production and accuracy standards within 90 days of completing training
Data analysis and data validation
Data pulling and data consolidation experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred
Prior experience in lockbox operations, data entry, data collection, or a similar role
Strong and efficient Microsoft Excel experience
